Highly motivated and self driven to excel, Shawn realized the abundance of opportunities in British Columbia in the mid 90s. Moving out west with his wife Theresa and starting a family in the outdoor mecca of the country only seemed natural.
After a successful beginning in construction and a number of years doing project sales and marketing, Real Estate was the logical choice.
Living in the Sea to Sky corridor has given him Shawn first hand knowledge of the growing communities and the ever changing market place, experience he has used to assist his clients in finding the home that will fit their needs and desires.

Chris Ford, Licensed Buyers Agent
Chris moved to the west-coast from Ontario in 1999 and has never looked back. He finished is post secondary education at UBC in 2000 by graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical / Biochemical Engineering. Over the past eight years Chris has utilized his skills as an environmental consultant and a risk management consultant. He has spent the last four years diversifying his skills in multi million dollar negotiations, team management and commercial property law while working for a leader in the property insurance industry.
Chris identified his interests in real estate through the purchase and complete renovation of his first residential property. This desire continued on six months later when he and his wife Yun purchased their second home in the Squamish area. Each sale and purchase allowed Chris to utilize his skills in negotiation and business finance to ensure a smooth transaction occurred. Chris looks forward to meeting and working with new clients to ensure their real estate trading experience is a positive and memorable one.
In their free time Chris and his wife escape into the Sea to Sky corridor to participate in one their many interests including trail running, snowshoeing, skiing, mountain biking and short course adventure racing
